So honestly this is not going to give you a dramatic lift more of a hold it in place for the average heavier top woman, in my opinion. I am a 36DDD , however , if you’re on vacay(hotel room) or you have guest over and you want to feel comfortable in your home and not have the girls hanging , this is perfect! it still provides the padding with full coverage and it has clips in the back like a bra. If you are looking for comfort this is it !
