With so many mixed reviews I wanted to come make one of my own. I would say that the frogs are perfect for running working out HIIT cardio whatever! That is what I purchased them for and I am at the gym daily and I can tell you that these have have great compression not bunching at all, the ladies don’t move and the fabric is so uncomfortable.Quality isn’t like Nike or anything but at least it’s good for the price. The colors are cute, the straps complement nicely on the frame, and the sizing is not the worst, they are a bit tight initially but then they stretch out a bit and they are snug but in a good way.These are amazing! I found that they fit to size. As others have written, they are not heavy support. But super comfortable! I would buy againSize up x2! These are small!! But once I ordered correct size, they are super cute and very comfortable to wear under my gi. Love the colors and value but not too much support so if you're looking for high impact, these are not it. Medium support at best.the size is very small, although I always buy M, it does not fit me, could it be changed for L?I was pleasantly surprised about the fit of these bras. They were perfect.It’s prefect for working out! I’m a 38 DD (my boobs are fake btw) and this is the first bra that made them very secure!These are good for high-impact workouts. I ordered a large and it feels snug. I’m 5’6 and 170lbs currently breastfeeding. I probably could have done up to xl but I'm overall happy with the fit!
